There are currently no significant delays on the side of our supplier and delivery providers due to COVID-19 issues.
However, we can't guarantee that there will be no delays caused by local policies and authorities. We know of cases when a packet was retained in the sorting centre for a quarantine. Unfortunately we have no influence over such events.
That's why we kindly ask you for your patience. Please get in touch with us if a packet is delayed for over a week. We'll do our best to establish where the packet is held and why.
